Movie Mondays 7/15/2013

Monday again, and here are the updates on some great upcoming book to movie adaptations. Right now I'm focused primarily on movies that will be released either this year or early next. Variety tells us that The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones will be released in the IMAX format.

The LA Times reports that Lionsgate has distanced itself from Orson Scott Card in response to the threatened boycott of Ender's Game.

Martin Freeman is finished filming The Hobbit.
